Position Title: Marketing Manager - High-Profile NGO Events Location: [Mulund West & event locations] Salary: up to 1, 00,000/- Per month No. of opening: 1 Overview: As the Marketing Manager for High-Profile NGO Events, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and participation in our organization\'s key initiatives and events. You will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing attendance, sponsorship, and media coverage for our events. The role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles, event promotion strategies, and a passion for social impact. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development: \xc2\xb7 Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for high-profile NGO events, aligned with organizational goals and target audience demographics. \xc2\xb7 Identify key marketing channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and partnerships, to maximize reach and impact. Campaign Planning and Execution: \xc2\xb7 Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote NGO events, including conferences, fundraisers, galas, and awareness campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Create engaging content, including promotional materials, press releases, email campaigns, social media posts, and website updates, to generate excitement and interest in the events. Audience Engagement and Acquisition: \xc2\xb7 Implement strategies to drive attendee acquisition, including targeted outreach to potential participants, sponsors, and partners. \xc2\xb7 Develop and manage registration processes, ticket sales, and attendee communication to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Media Relations and Publicity: \xc2\xb7 Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to secure press coverage and media partnerships for NGO events. \xc2\xb7 Draft press releases, media kits, and other materials to generate media interest and coverage before, during, and after the events. Brand Management: \xc2\xb7 Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and communications related to NGO events. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with design teams to develop visually compelling assets that reflect the organization\'s mission and values. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Track and analyse key performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and media impressions, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. \xc2\xb7 Prepare post-event reports and evaluations to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Stakeholder Management: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams, including event organizers, program managers, and communications staff, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies with event objectives. \xc2\xb7 Manage relationships with external partners, sponsors, vendors, and agencies involved in event marketing initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on event promotion and management, preferably within the non-profit or social impact sector. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and audience segmentation. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms. \xc2\xb7 Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. \xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. \xc2\xb7 Experience in media relations, press outreach, and securing media coverage for events is a plus. \xc2\xb7 Passion for social impact and a commitment to advancing the mission and goals of the NGO.
