Job Description

Must have 1-2 years of experience in the same capacity. Implement non-formal education activities for children (3 to 6). Plan and implement effective classroom management practices to develop independent learners and students' ability to work collaboratively with others. Complete daily lesson plans and develop differentiated learning material based on age, educational level, and the individual needs of students. Create a safe classroom environment and promote holistic student well-being. Promote empathy, compassion and respect for the gender, ethnic, religious, cultural, and learning diversity of students. Any other tasks assigned by the line manager in line with overall response in the area of deployment.
