Develops scripts, executes, and monitors automation/ DWH/ performance tests. Provides recommendations forissue resolutions, improvement of automation/DWH/NF aspects and system optimization, etc. Has expertise onautomation or performance or DWH-related tools along with hands-on experience. Focuses on non- functionaltesting with responsibility for segments of test case design and execution
What will your job look like?
1.Develops and implements automation /DWH/ performance automation scripts/tools.
2.Develops coding automation/DWH/performance scripts and automation utilities to be implemented andexecuted in alignment with the defi ned scope.
3.Selects and applies appropriate structural design techniques to ensure that tests provide an adequate levelof coverage.
4.Liaisons with technical peers (e.g., developers, architects, operations engineers) for RCA of technicalissues and bottlenecks.
5.Works closely with peers and leads to resolve technical queries and ensures RCA for all problems forhis/her scope of work.
6.Designs and reviews test cases and scenarios.
7.Executes test cases, determines full coverage of test scenarios in accordance with plans.
8.Provides recommendations for resolution of issues and proposes improvements to the code, systemoptimization and architecture (e.g., introducing specifi c types of test automation, contributing to theselection of appropriate tools to automate technical testing tasks).
9.Creates documentation, test ware and work products used in testing activities.
10.Ensures highest quality documentation for requirement traceability and correctness and ensurescompliance with system requirements and specifi cations, internal standards, and clients' needs.
11.Effectively participates in and/or leads formal knowledge transfer and informal reviews withpeers/stakeholders.
All you need is...
1-2 years' experience in automation testing/DWH testing/performance testing.
2.In depth knowledge of testing tools (LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Seagull, J-meter) and automation tools(Selenium, UFT, Robo Python) or Cognos BI, Informatica tools, etc.
3.Hands-on experience working on at least one relevant tool.
4.Telecommunication experience/knowledge.
5.Amdocs business and cross-portfolio knowledge - an advantage.
6.Strong knowledge of application architecture design and technology.
7.Knowledge of DevOps tools, Jenkins, Git, Dockers extended to Cloud monitoring tools
