Position: Senior Next.js Developer

Role & Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain scalable web apps using

Next.js

,

React

, and

TypeScript

with SSR/SSG/ISR for performance and SEO optimization reddit. Implement reusable component libraries and UI systems (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, Storybook) . Collaborate across teams--UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product--to translate requirements into polished user experiences . Integrate and manage data flow via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand) Optimize front?end for performance: code?splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, caching, and web vitals monitoring Lead code review processes, mentor junior engineers, and uphold development best practices . Support CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps on deployments (Vercel, AWS, Netlify)

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years in front-end development, including

4+ years React

and

3+ years Next.js

Strong proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

, HTML5, and CSS3 . Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, and Next.js routing features Experience with CSS-in-JS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components, Emotion, etc.) Familiarity with authentication methods (JWT, OAuth) and API integrations . Experience in performance tuning, SEO, and front-end optimizations Proficient with version control (Git), testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and CI/CD
