Strong knowledge in Nexthink:



Nexthink Query Language (NQL): Proficiency in NQL for creating and managing queries to extract meaningful insights from data.



Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.



API Integration: Experience with Nexthink APIs to integrate with third-party tools and automate workflows.



Scripting and Automation: Skills in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell to automate tasks and enhance Nexthink functionalities.



Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:



Capability to utilize analytics insights to diagnose common Windows issues.



Competence in troubleshooting application compatibility problems.



Skill in recommending corrective actions to IT teams to remediate identified issues and improve end user experience.



Performance Optimization:



Ability to identify trends and optimize performance across the Windows and Mac ecosystem.



Experience in using data insights to inform strategic decisions regarding device management, software updates, and user experience.
