Project Description : Within the Marketing Office, the Strategic Insights team is seeking an intern to support and accelerate our work in building scalable, data-driven marketing intelligence. This internship is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and self-motivated individual eager to work at the intersection of research, analytics, competitive intelligence, and AI. The role provides a blend of independent project ownership and collaborative experience on live initiatives, with direct mentorship and cross-functional exposure. Experience Dashboard Enhancement (Qualtrics / Power BI) Build or enhance interactive dashboards using Qualtrics and/or Power BI to surface customer experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) insights. Help refine visualizations and make insights more actionable for internal stakeholders. AI Agent Co-Pilot Tool Exploration for Insight Acceleration In partnership with the team, explore how generative AI agents can accelerate insight generation from open-text sources (e.g., survey comments, competitor reports, customer verbatims). Scope and pilot a lightweight use case using real or synthetic data to test summarization, tagging, or trend detection. Document feasibility and limitations of applying AI tools in an enterprise insight context. Competitor Intelligence Support (Evalueserve & ETS IQ) Support active competitor monitoring by synthesizing Evalueserve research outputs to identify strategic shifts, product innovations, and market signals. Assist in curating and improving the internal intelligence hub (e.g., ETS IQ), making it more accessible and actionable for marketing and strategy teams.
Experience and Skills:
Own a discrete, scoped project within one of the three core areas. Support parallel workstreams and cross-functional priorities to gain broad exposure. Participate in stakeholder touchpoints, mentorship check-ins, and team planning sessions. Deliver a capstone presentation or strategic deliverable showcasing insights and recommendations.

The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
