Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Next.js Developer located in Noida. The Next.js Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining front-end features using Next.js and React, writing reusable code and libraries, optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product management, and back-end developers. Qualifications Lead Development Initiatives: Spearhead the development of web applications using the MERN stack with a focus on Next.js. Ensure high-performance and responsiveness of applications. Guide and mentor a team of developers. Oversee the team\'s technical work, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines Product Development: Play a pivotal role in product development cycles, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
