Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Next.js Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on expertise in developing scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, and possess the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams as well as independently. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable taking ownership of tasks from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Next.js, React.js, and related technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, backend developers, and QA engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional code Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and other backend technologies Implement responsive and adaptive designs to ensure seamless user experiences across devices and browsers Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality output

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 4 years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on Next.js and React.js Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Solid experience in server-side rendering, static site generation, and API integration using Next.js Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar Hands-on experience with version control systems, particularly Git Deep understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team
