Qualification : Diploma / BE - Electrical or Mechanical only
Language skill will be preferred (Kannada, Hindi, English..etc)
Responsibilities :
Ø Onsite elevator service
Ø Fault identification and repair of elevators
Ø Support customers through technical and administrative activities
Ø Understand customer needs and concerns
Ø Provide a high level of customer service
Ø Prepare and submit service reports
Ø Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
Ø Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
