Internship Overview

Join Global Business Line as a News Reporter Intern and gain hands-on experience in business journalism, content creation, and digital publishing. This internship is designed for aspiring journalists and content creators looking to develop their reporting skills, contribute impactful articles, and learn industry best practices in a fast-paced digital environment.?

Key Responsibilities

Research and gather information on current business events, startups, and industry trends relevant to the Global Business Line audience.? Conduct interviews with entrepreneurs, experts, and other stakeholders to source authentic content and insightful perspectives.? Write and edit clear, accurate, and engaging news articles for publication on the Global Business Line website.? Ensure all content meets journalistic ethics, SEO best practices, and Global Business Line editorial standards.? Participate in editorial meetings, contribute story ideas, and collaborate with senior editors and reporters to develop business news coverage.? Assist with digital media content, such as social media posts and basic multimedia elements, to maximize reach and engagement.? Attend virtual press briefings, webinars, or business community events when required.?
Required Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Journalism, Communication, Business, or related field.? Strong writing and research skills, able to communicate complex business topics in accessible language.? Attention to detail, deadline management, and adaptability in a digital news environment.? Interest in business news, startups, entrepreneurship, and digital publishing.? Familiarity with social media platforms and basic online publishing tools (WordPress, Google Docs, etc.).? Enthusiastic learner, open to constructive feedback, and committed to professional growth.?
