Role & Responsibilities:

Report on political, social, and local civic issues directly from the ground Cover political rallies, press meets, public protests, and community events Conduct street interviews, vox pops, and live ground reporting Highlight real issues and voices of the local people Speak confidently on camera and deliver impactful content Collaborate with the editing and content team Contribute to digital platforms like YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels

Eligibility / Skills Required:

Female candidates only Background in Journalism or Mass Communication preferred (not mandatory) Strong verbal communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus) Confident on camera and comfortable with public interaction Aware of political and social issues in Bihar Owning a smartphone with camera and mic is an advantage Willing to travel within the district
