We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly presentable
News Anchor (Male)
to join our newsroom team at our Head Office in Raipur. The ideal candidate must come from an electronic media background with proven experience anchoring for a Hindi satellite news channel. This position demands exceptional command over the Hindi language, excellent on-screen presence, and the ability to handle live situations with confidence and composure.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver daily news bulletins, special shows, and breaking news updates from the studio.
Engage in live anchoring, panel discussions, and debates with clarity and authority.
Collaborate closely with input, output, and production teams to ensure seamless broadcast flow.
Write, edit, and review scripts to maintain accuracy, clarity, and editorial integrity.
Stay updated with national and regional current affairs and incorporate relevant information into newscasts.
Represent the channel on social media and public platforms with professionalism and credibility.
Maintain a high level of journalistic ethics and adhere to editorial guidelines at all times.
Key Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a
News Anchor
in a reputed
Hindi Satellite News Channel
.
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
Strong background in
Electronic Media
.
Excellent command over Hindi language
, including diction, grammar, and delivery.
Charismatic
on-screen presence
with confidence in handling live broadcasts.
Sound knowledge of national, political, and regional news and current affairs.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.

Script writing and video editing capabilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
