Research and Information Gathering

: Stay updated on local, national, and international current affairs by researching extensively and staying informed about the latest developments.

Script Writing and Preparation

: Write, review, and revise scripts for delivery, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and adhere to journalistic standards.

On-Air Presentation

: Present news stories with confidence, clarity, and professionalism on various platforms.

Interviews

: Conduct interviews with guests and experts, asking insightful questions to gain information and opinions.

Collaboration

: Work with news directors, producers, reporters, and other staff to pick stories, develop ideas, and organize broadcasts.

Audience Engagement

: Interact with viewers and listeners through social media, responding to comments and engaging in meaningful conversation.

Journalistic Ethics

: Comply with the moral code of journalism and maintain a trustworthy reputation.

Essential Skills

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for scriptwriting and public speaking.

On-Camera Presence

: A strong and engaging personality for on-air delivery.
