Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Project Management

Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for new store openings. Maintain opening schedules, milestones, and critical paths to ensure on-time launch. Conduct regular project update meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

Liaise between construction, merchandising, operations, HR, IT, marketing, and finance teams. Ensure all departments understand timelines, deliverables, and store requirements. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

3. Store Readiness

Oversee installation of fixtures, equipment, POS systems, signage, and merchandising materials. Ensure new stores meet brand standards for layout, cleanliness, and functionality. Conduct readiness audits and address gaps prior to launch.

4. Staffing & Training Support

Partner with HR and local leadership to ensure new stores are properly staffed and trained. Support onboarding, orientation, and operational training schedules. Ensure management teams are equipped to run all aspects of store operations at launch.

5. Operations & Compliance

Ensure all permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements are obtained. Verify inventory levels, supply deliveries, and operational materials are in place. Maintain compliance with safety, security, and company policies.

6. Opening Event Execution

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan grand opening events and promotions. Support the store team on opening day to ensure smooth execution and customer experience. Review opening performance and post-opening feedback for future improvements.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Track opening budgets and manage expenses. Prepare post-opening reports summarizing performance, challenges, and opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation for all new store processes and checklists.

QualificationsRequired

3-5 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or multi-unit retail leadership. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with strict attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently to store locations. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
