Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and support a team of Sales Officers Drive sales of insurance and financial products Track and ensure achievement of monthly targets Provide regular training and performance feedback Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and people skills Target-driven and ready for fieldwork
