Summary:

UST is looking for NPME ME Engineer

The Opportunity:

Works on complex CAE problems to Enable Innovative Product Development.*
Design or modify Mechanical/Electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of difficult scope*
Problem identification and troubleshooting a variety of complex Mechanical problems with limited supervision*
Define, coordinate, perform and generate engineering test reports with limited supervision, Create Engineering Model of Conceptualized Designs, Manufacturing Drawings Etc.,*
Interfaces with key suppliers to Develop New Technology or Engaged in new CAE Technology Development Internally.*
Should be capable of handling New Product Design & Development activity including Product structuring and Release Process.*

What you need:

Sound Knowledge on Material selection, Various Manufacturing Process like Machining, Fabrication, Sheet Metal etc., with Basic & Advanced Manufacturing Processes.

Hands on experience in building the assemblies and troubleshooting the issues with form, fit and function.

Thorough knowledge on GD&T is a must and understanding on tolerance stack-up analysis, Design Calculation will be an added advantage. Proficient in using ISO & ASME Std. Knowledge on DIN Std. will be added advantage.

Competency in UG NX is a must

Qualification:

B.E / MS/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.Production Engineering with all above criteria's.

Desirable:

Engineering or Equivalent with sound knowledge on Design for Excellence principles
