Responsibilities:
Customer data verification and feasibility checking as per requirements.
BOM verification (Need to figure out non-stock, obsolete part, and its solution)
PCB Panelization for Production
Labor time & charge calculation base on work center cost.
Electronics Part Creation in Epicor & part Library maintenance
Instruction (Process flow) drawing preparation
Custom fabrication part's document maintenance
Working Gerber finalization
Alternate part Suggestion for Non-stock, obsolete, NRND to Purchase team.
Engineering Change Order
Deviation
Packaging Finalization
Communicating with Customer to resolve Technical Problem which we faced during production
Supporting to Customer for reverse Engineering of Old design/Obsolete part
DFM
Required Skills/Abilities:
Basic Knowledge of PCB design and it's rule
Aware about function of All types of Equipment which require in EMS industries
Good knowledge in part substitution
Good Communication skill
Software Knowledge

Education and Experience:
B.E Electronics / electronics and communication.
