Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely execution.
Oversee prototyping, testing, and compliance with quality standards.
Work with suppliers and R&D partners on material sourcing and innovation.
Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements.
Maintain artworks and product database.

Qualifications:
