New Product Development (NPD) Manager

Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.Qualified chartered accountant professional with minimum 2 years of experience

Job requirements

Drive the development of new cosmetic products in line with client briefs,
market trends, and regulatory standards
Evaluate raw materials and technologies to recommend innovative solutions Act as the main point of contact for clients during product development
phases
Translate customer briefs into actionable development plans Ensure all NPD projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on budget Coordinate stability testing, compatibility, claims substantiation, and artwork
approvals
Monitor industry trends, ingredient innovations, and competitor activity to
propose new ideas
Attend and meet clients in business events and exhibitions to identify potential
leads to generate source of business
Provide strategic input to clients and internal teams on market-driven product
development
Manage product development timelines, coordinating with cross-functional
teams
* Act as a key liaison between internal teams and brand owners
