Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and organized

NPD Executive

to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring the successful launch of products aligned with market demand and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new product concepts from idea to commercial launch. Conduct formulation development, ingredient trials, and sensory evaluations. Collaborate with production, procurement, and marketing teams for product feasibility and cost optimization. Analyze market trends, competitor products, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities. Prepare product samples, documentation, and reports for management review and approval. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality parameters. Source and evaluate new raw materials and packaging components. Monitor production trials and provide technical support during scale-up. Maintain R&D data records, specifications, and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments for timely project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in NPD or R&D (preferably in food, health, or FMCG industry). Good understanding of formulation science, ingredient functionality, and product testing. Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of FSSAI and related food safety regulations. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
