Position: New Product Development

Location: (Murad Nagar Sibly Industrial area) Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Requisites:

Graduate DME/Diploma in rubber technology/Diploma in Automobile.

0-2 years of experience of NPD in Tyre Industry.

Skill Required: Autocad and Measurement

Proficiency in design software such as CAD Software, mould, maintenance, measure dimensions & developmentand many others.

A creative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to commercialisation.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and cost optimisation techniques.

Familiarity with market research techniques and consumer behaviour in the Indian market.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform product development decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, including design, features, materials and performance criteria.

Create and manage project timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met throughout the product development lifecycle.

Coordinate prototype development, testing and validation, collecting and analysing data to inform product refinements.

Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source components, materials and production processes that meet quality standards and cost targets.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and safety requirements throughout the product development process in India.

Conduct product analysis, user testing and gather feedback to evaluate product usability, functionality and overall customer experience.

Coordinate with marketing teams to develop product launch strategies, including pricing, positioning and promotional activities.

Monitor post-launch product performance, gathering customer feedback and implementing improvements based on market insights.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and advancements in product development methodologies to enhance product offerings.
