Gabril Industries Pvt Ltd manufactures precision components for the aerospace, defense, and automotive sectors.

Responsibilities: -

New Product development & prepare cost estimation Gauges, fixture design and development Application of GD&T Risk analysis and mitigation Customer coordination for new product enquiry / Change in Existing Product . Feasibility check & to give quote based on product costing. Produce prototypes, tool-up and production samples and test functionality, verification and validation Submit prototype to customer and take feedback from the customer Selection of special characteristics, balloon drawing, report preparation Prepare APQP , PPAP document for new products Prepare gauges , fixtures to ensure mistake / error proofing manufacturing from initial development stage To conduct design, product , process verification and validation
Desired Candidate Profile: -

DME Or BE Must Qualification Experience 03-05 years of related work in the Mechanical Industry.

*Additional knowledge of CNC Programming & Machining is a definite advantage and will be preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
