Duties and responsibilities

? Discuss with customers day to day for project developments & product approvals,

? Developing new products from concept to production from scratch or by resourcing,

? Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product performance meets specifications

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BD and manufacturing to ensure

successful product launches

? Identify and implement improvements to existing products

Stay current on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in product

development

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

? 7+ years of experience in New Product Development

? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
