New Product Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Your job:

Design and develop mechanical and pneumatic components using 2D/3D modeling, parts lists, and data sheets Perform design calculations, simulations, and technical feasibility studies Manage new product development (NPD) and special purpose machine (SPM) projects Support production with changes, cost optimization, and quality improvements Convert and optimize existing designs into standardized 3D drawings Participate in product development committees, track project schedules, and handle engineering changes Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for sampling, concessions, and complaint resolution Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and flexibility in design processes

Your qualification:

Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with relevant experience 4 to 6 years of experience in design & development of components, NPD, SPM, and machine/valve/PUPM design Hands-on experience with mechanical calculations and simulations Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, or equivalent Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Experience interacting with suppliers and cross-functional teams Excellent written and spoken English communication skills * Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and project documentation
