We are seeking professionals with hands-on experience in US Residential Mortgage operations to support end-to-end mortgage processes. This role is suited for candidates who understand the US mortgage lifecycle and can efficiently handle operational tasks with accuracy and compliance. The position is based in Chennai and requires flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle US Residential Mortgage operations across various stages of the loan lifecycle.
• Manage New Loan Setup (NLSU) activities, ensuring accurate system entry and documentation.
• Support loan processing and loan servicing functions in line with US mortgage guidelines.
• Review and validate loan documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accuracy, quality standards, and turnaround time targets.
• Adhere to process guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client-specific SLAs.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1-6 years of experience in US Residential Mortgage operations.
• Strong knowledge of New Loan Setup, Loan Processing, and Loan Servicing.
• Familiarity with US mortgage terminologies, workflows, and compliance standards.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively within teams.
