Job Summary



We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Manage and guide a team of sales executives (if applicable). Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports. Ensure market penetration and business expansion.

Candidate Profile



Strong experience in B2C/B2B sales (preferably BFSI, FMCG, or Telecom). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-driven. Local market knowledge is a plus.
