Key Responsibilities

:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Drive business through customer acquisition and retention strategies. Monitor and improve team performance through regular training, guidance, and support. Conduct field visits with team members for client meetings and market development. Track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights with the management. Maintain healthy relationships with clients and resolve escalated queries. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

:

Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably from the BFSI or insurance domain. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven experience in handling sales targets and team management.
