Key Responsibilities:



Identify, recruit, and manage potential partners for business growth. Drive sales through effective relationship management with channel partners. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Provide training, motivation, and support to partners for consistent performance. Maintain strong market intelligence to explore new business opportunities.

Requirements:



Graduate with 1-4 years of sales/marketing experience (preferably in BFSI/Channel Sales/Direct Sales). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve targets and manage business partners. Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
