Position: Sales Manager

CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus

Experience: 3 Years experience in sales and marketing any field

:

- Open Market activities, get references.

- Sales and Marketing

- Understanding Customer's Occupation and Needs

- Introducing and Explaining Suitable Products to the right person

- Lead and motivate advisor to meet sales targets

- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisor

- Provide regular training and support to the advisor

- Build strong relationships with agents to ensure loyalty

- Track and improve advisor performance
