- Monitor the sales performance of advisors and track individual targets, ensuring that monthly and annual sales targets are met. Provide guidance and mentoring to improve advisor performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Support advisors in policy servicing and customer queries, enhancing client retention.
- Responsible for identifying and recruiting talented life insurance advisors and agents. Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to select the best candidates.
- Organize and conduct training programs for newly recruited agents, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer relationship management. Ensure that advisors are equipped with the skills and tools needed to succeed in the life insurance market.
- Support advisors in identifying and acquiring new clients by conducting joint sales calls, and assisting with client presentations. Assist in planning and executing strategies for market penetration and sales grow.
- Track the performance of individual advisors and the team. Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management, along with recommendations for improvements.
