Our \'New Demand and Onboarding\' team is seeking a senior associate who has great people skills and is creative in finding solutions and opportunities. This team is primarily responsible for the onboarding configuration of new teams to our product in addition to generating interest and prioritizing demand based on business value.

As a senior associate, you will report to the New Demand and Onboarding manger and collaborate closely with other teams such as operations, product, client experience and technology.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing and co-ordinating the onboarding process for new teams, ensuring a smooth and timely transition.
• Enhancing the onboarding experience for new customers, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
• Developing and executing strategies to generate leads and increase awareness of our product.
• Evaluating and prioritizing the demand from potential teams based on their needs, goals and fit with our product.
• Creating and updating marketing materials to attract new teams, such as brochures, websites, and videos.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

• A bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations.
• A proactive, self-motivated and results oriented attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A passion for learning new things and staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the industry.
• Knowledge or experience of Investment banking operations.
• Experience working with or in product teams.
