An Automotive Car Sales Executive is responsible for selling and leasing new and used vehicles, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features and benefits, negotiating deals, and handling paperwork. They also stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and competitor offerings. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles.

Product Knowledge:

Demonstrating vehicle features, explaining optional equipment, and providing information on performance and benefits.

Sales Process:

Guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.

Negotiation:

Negotiating prices and terms of sale with customers.

Paperwork:

Completing necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions.

Customer Follow-up:

Maintaining relationships with customers after the sale, addressing concerns, and encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Sales Reporting:

Maintaining records of sales activities and providing regular reports to management.

Professional Development:

Staying up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques through training and professional development.
