To achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling personal cars to retail customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong post-sales relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.
Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, tele-calling, referrals, and field visits.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives for prospective customers.
Customer Handling
Greet and assist customers courteously in the showroom and field.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models and variants.
Negotiate pricing, financing, exchange, and delivery terms to close sales.
Documentation & Coordination
Complete all booking, finance, insurance, and RTO documentation accurately.
Coordinate with accounts, delivery, and accessories teams for smooth handover.
Maintain updated sales records and follow dealership CRM protocols.
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product specifications, features, competitor models, and pricing.
Attend product training sessions and dealership meetings regularly.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Ensure timely follow-up with inquiries and prospects.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally and promptly.
Reporting & MIS
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Update lead status and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:
1-3 years in automobile sales (preferably in passenger car segment)

Lead conversion ratio
Repeat and referral business contribution
