Job Description

An Automotive Car Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles to customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. They guide customers through the sales process, understand their needs, and provide information about vehicles, financing, and services. Their role also involves prospecting for new customers, maintaining customer databases, and collaborating with other dealership staff. Key Responsibilities:

Selling Vehicles:

Presenting vehicle features, conducting test drives, and negotiating sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building rapport with customers, addressing concerns, and following up on leads.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to overall dealership goals.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining a strong understanding of vehicle specifications, features, and pricing.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identifying potential customers and converting them into buyers.

Collaboration:

Working with sales managers, finance departments, and other staff to ensure a smooth sales process.

Paperwork and Documentation:

Completing sales contracts, financing applications, and other necessary paperwork accurately.
