About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive to support
New Store Openings (NSO)
. This role involves coordinating end-to-end store launch activities, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting post-launch stabilization. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business operations and development team in planning and execution of new store openings.
Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment, furniture, and other site requirements.
Manage logistics for site setup including dry stock, cafe supplies, Wi-Fi, and utilities.
Conduct site recce and ensure operational readiness prior to launch.
Track inventory requirements and cafe sales predictability to ensure stock availability during launch.
Assist cafe managers in achieving operational stability post-launch within defined timelines.
Liaison between projects and operations team to ensure smooth handover of projects, document and track progress to ensure timely execution.
Work with cross-functional teams to align on timelines and deliverables.
Requirements:
1 - 2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in
F&B, Retail, or QSR industry
.
Strong field experience with exposure to procurement, vendor management, or site setup.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in flexible shifts (comp offs provided).
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
Trainable and eager to grow in a fast-scaling environment.
