Key Responsibilities
Architect & Interior Designer Network Development
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, landscaping consultants, turnkey contractors
Pitch luxury planters & decor solutions for new home, hotel, office, villa & commercial projects
Conduct product presentations at design studios and architect offices
Dealer & Retail Network Expansion
Onboard premium home decor stores, luxury furniture stores, garden centres
Negotiate dealer margins, pricing, bulk order deals
Identify high-potential retail partners across South India
Project Sales (High-Value)
Identify and close HNI villa projects, hotels, resorts, corporates, developers
Coordinate site visits and product selection
Provide quotations, catalogues, and design suggestions
Market Expansion & Travel
Travel extensively across South India
Represent brand in expos, trade shows, interior events
Map competitors and emerging opportunities
in interior or related industry
Existing network of architects and interior designer (highly preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel across states regularly
Negotiation and closing ability
Self-driven achiever with leadership mindset
