Job Description

We are a digital marketing agency seeking a Business Development Manager.

This is an individual contributor sales role. This position is responsible for the complete sales process to acquire new clients for the agency's digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing new business. Identify and contact potential new clients. Qualify leads from the marketing team. Conduct meetings to understand potential client needs. Present the agency's services as a solution. Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM software. Write and present proposals and lead contract negotiations. Provide market feedback to internal teams.

Qualifications



3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role. Prior experience selling digital marketing services. Demonstrated experience meeting sales targets. Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline management. Bachelor's degree. Experience selling for a HubSpot partner agency. Sales-related certifications. (Preferred) MBA or Master's degree

Pay: From ?1,200,000.00 per year
