Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify and approach potential clients, conduct initial screening, and filter hot leads for the sales team.

Client Engagement:

Make outbound calls/interactions, understand customer needs, and build early relationships.

Property Presentation:

Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and unique selling points.

Site Visits:

Organize and conduct site visits, ensuring a positive first impression.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and support the sales team with necessary info.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product details.
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹13,647.92 - ₹57,342.68 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
