As our Business Development Manager, your job is simple:

. You'll identify new opportunities, nurture leads, close deals, and help us build lasting client relationships. You're not just a salesperson -- you're a growth partner.

What You'll Do



Identify, target, and qualify new B2B clients in need of digital marketing services Manage the full sales cycle -- from outreach to closing Create tailored pitch decks and proposals based on client needs Collaborate with the strategy and marketing team to ensure solution-fit Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activity, and report on KPIs Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities (virtual & in-person) Continuously improve the outreach process and sales materials

What You'll Need



3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital agency or SaaS environment Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Deep understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Social, Email, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
