Position: Neutraceutical Chemist (formulation Chemist)-01
Experience \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
Qualification- M.Sc. in food technology, B. Pharma or any related
Salary \xe2\x80\x93 30-55k
Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93
- Managing Product and process development, Nutrition profiling, claims development, shelf life testing, manufacturing use.
- Preparing Sop\xe2\x80\x99s for new product development
- Managing the production related activities.
- Identifying & reviewing new ingredients, products and technologies to determine scientific viability and applications.
- Preparation of work completion notes for tests, and documents for project approval as per FSSAI standards.
- Create technical strategies to meet customers technical and business needs.
- Responsible for maintaining and update of current and future products\xe2\x80\x99 reports.
- Co-ordination with other departments for product development and process analysis.
- Developing & managing time-lines, budgets, and product development activities.
\xef\x83\x98 Project management & data interpretation skills.
\xef\x83\x98 Proficient with use of the Internet, MS outlook, MS office - including word, excel and power point
\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge of food science, process technology and good understanding of nutrition & food regulations.
\xef\x83\x98 Good understanding of working with laboratory equipment/tools.
\xef\x83\x98 Ability to Innovative new ideas and problem solving techniques.
