Job Description

We are seeking an Early Childhood Neuroscience Specialist to infuse our curriculum and classroom practices with the latest research in brain development. This role bridges neuroscience, education, and therapy, ensuring our pedagogy promotes optimal cognitive, emotional, and social growth in young children.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Integration Collaborate with educators and therapists to embed neuroscience-backed strategies into the Montessori curriculum. Translate complex neuroscience concepts into actionable learning methodologies for classrooms.

Child Development Strategy Observe, assess, and support neurodevelopmental progress in children ages 0-6. Provide insights on brain plasticity, executive function, sensory integration, and emotional regulation.

Staff Training & Support Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers and therapists on brain-based teaching techniques. Serve as an ongoing resource for staff to ensure alignment with developmental neuroscience best practices.

Research & Innovation Stay updated on global research in developmental neuroscience, early learning, and neuroplasticity. Lead pilot projects and evaluations of innovative interventions or learning tools.

Parental Guidance Host parent workshops/webinars to explain brain development milestones and home strategies for enriched development. Provide neuroscience-based insights to parents as part of individual student progress discussions.
