- Neuro Technician

Roles and Responsibilities.

Conduct Neurodiagnostic tests including EEG, EMG, and related procedures for diagnosing neurological conditions.

Prepare, set up, and calibrate neurodiagnostic equipment to ensure accuracy and optimal performance.

Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical guidelines.

Maintain complete and accurate documentation of procedures, findings, and patient data.

Collaborate with neurologists and healthcare teams for result interpretation and patient care planning.

Provide patient education about procedures, preparation steps, and test purposes.

Keep updated with advancements in neurodiagnostic technology and practices.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with hospital safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma/Bachelor's in Neurodiagnostic Technology, Neurology, or a related field.

Proficient in performing and interpreting EEG tests.

Experience with EMG procedures for assessing muscle and neuromuscular function.

Strong patient monitoring and patient care skills.

Accurate and timely medical documentation skills.

Ability to calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain neurodiagnostic equipment.

Knowledge of signal analysis and basic neuroimaging techniques.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
