Key Responsibilities
Engage with Checkpoint TAC and Cisco TAC for issue resolution and escalate when necessary.
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Checkpoint Firewalls (policy management, VPNs, NAT,
threat prevention, etc.).
Perform basic to intermediate configuration and troubleshooting on Cisco switches and routers.
Support network and security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and apply preventive
measures.
Maintain proper documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions.
Participate in routine maintenance, upgrades, and health checks of firewalls and network
devices.
Assist senior engineers in ongoing projects and security initiatives.
Support 24 x 7 Infrastructure in rotational shifts and handle on-call support
