Key Requirements:

CCNA Certification

is mandatory 1-2 years of tech support/network support experience Knowledge of networking (routing, switching, IP, DNS, DHCP) Ability to manage labs and resolve technical support tickets Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Handle student queries via ticketing system Maintain and troubleshoot technical labs Resolve network and system-related issues Coordinate with trainers and tech teams

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
