Job Description

Sales & Market Growth



Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective enquiry follow-ups and targeted sales strategies. Increase Chandra Hyundai's market share by implementing structured sales plans. Monitor lost sales daily and implement corrective actions.

Inventory & Stock Management



Ensure stock is maintained within the planned levels and prepare liquidation plans for deviations. Conduct weekly stock status checks and ensure vehicles are delivery-ready. Perform age-wise stock analysis to prioritize liquidation.

Value-Added Services (VAS) & Revenue Generation



Drive sales of accessories (?10,000 per car), insurance, finance (60% penetration), and extended warranty (60%). Ensure per-car accessory targets are achieved as budgeted. Collaborate with AGM Service for extended warranty registrations in GDMS and ensure timely delivery.

Collections & Financial Discipline



Submit daily collection plans with the in-house finance team to meet monthly order targets. Ensure payments are received within 5 days of booking before proceeding with vehicle registration. Support fund planning and vehicle ordering in coordination with the Accounts department.

Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management



Ensure customer commitments are realistic and honor any over-commitments without fail. Handle escalated customer concerns and support the AGM Sales in improving the Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI). Manage Google review collection ensuring 100% customer feedback is recorded.

Programs & Marketing



Manage exchange, corporate, and loyalty programs, ensuring proper documentation before invoicing. Oversee outdoor marketing activities for enquiry generation and submit activity reports to the AGM Sales. Assist in vehicle launches, promotions, and dealer-level events.

Team Development & Training



Identify and promote high-potential talent within the sales team. Assess training needs and coordinate with HR to conduct timely programs. Conduct regular training sessions at Kovaipudur and Pollachi branches on sales systems, processes, and product knowledge.

Compliance & Standards



Ensure adherence to company policies, business ethics, and communication protocols. Maintain housekeeping standards, 5S benchmarks, and Go Green initiatives across sales outlets. Drive employee engagement and focus on retention strategies.

Industry Networking



Represent Chandra Hyundai at seminars, conferences, symposiums, camps, and exhibitions to expand industry network and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration). 8-12 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of passenger vehicle sales operations and dealer management systems (DMS/GDMS). Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage large teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical ability for stock, sales, and financial monitoring. Leadership skills with focus on training, mentoring, and team development.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
