Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Networking Manager
to lead business development and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with healthcare providers, diagnostic labs, TPAs, and insurance companies, with the goal of increasing case volume and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, TPAs, and diagnostic labs.
Build strategic alliances to drive referral volumes and case flow.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to onboard new clients.
Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Coordinate with internal operations and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up regularly for conversion.
Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Create and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to each partner's needs.
Establish performance metrics and regularly report on progress to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4-6 years of experience in business development, provider relations, or network management in the healthcare or insurance sector.
Strong understanding of health insurance processes, especially insurance verification.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving growth targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel across
South India
as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a Health Insurance Companies or Verification Agencies
