Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and hardware components
Set up and maintain wired/wireless networks
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems
Provide onsite and remote IT support to end-users
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions
Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and service logs
Ensure optimal performance of network and hardware infrastructure
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and system installation
Strong knowledge of network setup (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Experience with CCTV installation and configuration
Ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to join immediately (preferred)
