Networking Faculty

to join our training team at Soften Technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, teaching ability, and a passion for guiding students to build successful IT careers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring students, and helping them master key networking concepts and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and online training for

Networking, CCNA, Linux, and related modules

. Prepare lesson plans, presentations, lab exercises, and study materials. Conduct practical sessions, hands-on labs, and assessments. Monitor student performance and provide personalized guidance. Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, tools, and industry best practices. Support students in project work, certification preparation, and career development. Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth training delivery. Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
