Job Description




3+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting TCP/IP and Ethernet-based networks in enterprise network environments including knowledge of IP protocols.

  • 3+ years in Firewall systems administration and operation, preferable Cisco ASA / Firepower platforms, using Cisco Service Manager (CSM) firewall administration, FMC or Palo Alto. Solid experience with Cisco technology including: routing, switching & security .
Knowledge of TCP/IP, IPSEC, and high-level communication protocols. Knowledge of common network authentication systems. Understanding of wide range IP infrastructure applications: e.g. DNS, SMTP, NTP, IMAP, RADIUS, FTP. Working knowledge and understanding on Data Network Security, Segmentation and Zero Trust Network Access \xe2\x80\x93 ZTNA. Working knowledge and understanding on API management tools. Moderate to advanced knowledge of coding, network automation, orchestration, virtualization and/or security. Ability to apply critical thinking to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to manage multiple issues at once.Client facing experience . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Occasionally would require working on weekend or off hours for any implementation support.
