Key Skills / Requirement: Should have knowledge of Networking servers should possess all Networking skills - CCNA / MCSA / Linux. At least 2 years of experience as a Network Trainer. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Critical thinking and decision making. Good communication skills and knowledge regard to networking. Responsibilities Should be delivering training for CCNA / MCSA / Linux Plan & Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed Preparing course content and study material (presentations, worksheets etc.) Conduct training classes by presenting job-specific, company-specific, and generic networking classes Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. Prepare and execute weekly tests in order to assess their knowledge Observe and evaluate results of training programs Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements Maintain lab and lab equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
